Need to discontinue your lessons? Submitting this form will initiate the withdrawal process. We’ll email you to confirm the date of your last lesson and if necessary, any payment adjustments to your account.

However, if you feel like you need to stop lessons because of trouble with your scheduled lesson time or teacher...chances are, we can find you a better spot. Email us here to discuss scheduling options that might help!
