- As part of the Boysie Lowery Residency, Angie performed at the 2022 & 2021 Clifford Brown Jazz Festival where she got to meet and sing with Diane Reeves.
- Angie is a proud member of the Women in Jazz Organization Mentors program and she strongly believes in inclusivity for women and non-binrary individuals in the jazz world.
- Angie loves reading about psychology and meditating as believes that mindfulness practices can be very helpful to musicians.
